By-Laws and Regulations
As a not-for-profit organization federally incorporated with Industry Canada, IRSAM is governed by a set of by-laws and regulations which were adopted on May 26, 1999. The current by-laws and regulations are in the process of update to appropriately account for various changes the organization has undergone since incorporation.
